Who are my Mentors?

Your mentors are experts with years of relevant industry experience. They are passionate and committed to coaching and leading young minds.

What is OSL and ILT in learning?

OSL is online self learning where by watching videos and doing practice one can learn through Video Courses. ILT is instructor led training where an expert mentor will teach through Live online classes.

I do not have previous coding experience. Can I still enroll for any course and training?

Yes, you can still enroll as we have many courses which are for beginners but please check prerequisites of each course / training to be sure.

Do you provide Recorded classes(sessions) in case we miss the class?

Yes, all our online training courses which are paid are always recorded and hosted on cloud which will be shared with participants if they miss any classes.

How can I request technical support?

You can reach out to us anytime for all support through any of our emails or the contact section of the mentorstag site.

Can I Contact my Mentor after online classes?

Yes, Multiple mentor calls are available for the Elite members on the request basis.

If I am not able to join class will I get refund?

Yes, You can get partial refund as per the company refund policy.

I have completed the course but I still have doubts!

You can get support and guidance for any of your confusion from our Mentors where you can book 1 on 1 mentor call and clear your doubts. This is valid only for Elite members of the site.

Do you provide any certificate of completion?

Yes, we provide certificate of completion for the ILT training classes but we do not provide it for the Video Courses available on site.

Do you provide group discount?

Yes, you can get 10% – 40% discount for the group of 5+ participant for any ILT online classes. We also have corporate discount on yearly membership.
